These terms cover the public Glintz website and the way a property partnership is agreed. They are not a booking contract.
Glintz is a travel discovery app for iPhone, and this website describes it. Glintz does not take bookings and does not charge a commission on them. When a stay has an external link, that link opens the website listed for the property. Booking, payment, and the stay itself are handled on that website.
You may browse the public pages for personal use. Do not disrupt the site, probe it for access you were not given, or send information you do not have the right to share. Forms are for genuine enquiries. We may ignore or block submissions that are abusive, automated, or unrelated to Glintz.
A property feature is a separate agreement. The public offer is one fixed annual fee and no booking commission. Before anything is published, Glintz confirms the fee, what it includes, which images and details may be used, where the property will appear, and the external link travellers will follow. Sending an enquiry does not create that agreement.
The partner portal is for properties Glintz has invited. Sample or demo data is not part of the production site.
